When determining the goals and objectives of the project we will present and discuss the importance of First Impressions. NexGen considers "potential" consumers as any individual(s) that you would like to sell your product to, provide a service for, or influence with your message. We will then determine the target market, including the width and depth of the potential consumer in that market.
Many times perceived needs and real needs are not necessarily one-in-the-same. Perceived Needs are many times based on classic models used to convey a message. That is, television, newspaper, and magazines. More recently the internet and interactive BluRays and DVDs have become part of the classic model. By identifying your target market's depth, we determine if your perceived needs match your real needs. If not, then we determine whether to either expand or contract the means necessary to reach your potential customers .
To properly achieve your goals we must next determine your budget. What are you willing to invest in the project, what revenue do you anticipate as a direct result of this project, and will this revenue stream justify the overall cost of the project? Have costs, outside of the production costs been considered?
What funding methods have you considered, outside of your own investment?

With the proliferation of digital information, "Getting your message out" is easier than ever. Digital information gathered during the video production process can be disseminated through the use of video tape, digital video media (BluRay and DVD), over the internet (websites, streaming media, YouTube, etc.) incorporated into Power Point and other presentation platforms, and in printed mediums. Once your video production is complete you can use that information to either progress immediately with your next level of promotion, or wait a while and continue your promotion via a variety of promotional mediums.
